Steinar Raknes STILLHOUSE will be the opening act when Little Feat tour Norway February 2013. Bill Payne and Steinar met January 2012 in Nashville when Steinar was mixing the album STILLHOUSE with co-producer Rolf Bugge and Mickey Raphael from Willie Nelson at Ray Kennedy´s studio.
